RWA Highlights from xDay Munich

On October 30th, in Munich, the inaugural xDay Satellite event brought together some of the most important RWA projects in the MultiversX ecosystem.

During the opening keynote, Beniamin Mincu, MultiversX Labs CEO, delved into the significant role of tokenization in accelerating blockchain adoption. He highlighted how tokenization can unlock new levels of liquidity, transparency, and composability across major asset classes.

Key MultiversX projects took the stage to present their latest developments and roadmaps.

Zontix, the new ticketing brand introduced by XOXNO, is designed to enhance ticket distribution for venues, artists, and fans. Zontix improves the event experience with pre- and post-event features, simplified resale options, and enhanced overall experiences compared to traditional web2 systems. Already supporting events with over 10,000 attendees and serving as the official xDay Munich partner, Zontix’s new platform boasts both web2 logins and web3 MultiversX wallet integrations.

Shelters brings fractional ownership for real estate and introduces a transformative investment model, starting from just €10, broadening access to global markets. Built on the MultiversX framework, the solution offers a mobile-first platform that empowers users to manage assets effortlessly via the xPortal app, boosting accessibility and convenience for all investors.

Inspir3 introduced the progress of its NFT payment solution developed in partnership with over 40 local and 60 international retailers, brands serving over 100 million customers. Revealed on stage, its roadmap includes onboarding additional partners to support payments, subscriptions, and gift cards across a broad network of prominent stores.

Tagrity’s Tokenizer+ blends NFC technology with on-chain NFTs to authenticate asset ownership and provenance, creating seamless interactions between blockchain and real-world assets. Designed for adaptability, Tagrity’s customizable tags, already available for pre-order, enable businesses and users to integrate on-chain solutions starting at $29.99 per box.

GaupaLabs offers a comprehensive digital product passport for supply chain traceability, ensuring tamper-proof verification of each product's lifecycle. Through a website plugin and the Gaupa app, users can easily access product history, all while abstracting away the complexities of web3 infrastructure.

Globees talked about its eco-friendly, Airbnb-style platform on MultiversX, which promises to reduce operational costs for hosts and guests by up to threefold, with an emphasis on transparency and sustainability. The platform is offering 0% fees for all users for the rest of the year.

Alongside RWA discussions and project presentations, xDay Munich gathered the MultiversX community and beyond for a day of deep dives into finance, infrastructure, and adoption. Additional highlights of the day include Alibaba Cloud announcing a MultiversX integration, a first look at the upcoming xLaunchpad timeline and previews of next protocol upgrades.
