Release: sc - 0.40.0, vm - 0.2.0

A member of the community discovered a caching bug:

• [BUG] Caching of call_value().egld_value() breaks thing

This release was made rather quickly, to prevent further issues of the sort.

The solution involves using ManagedRef instead of the value itself, which is read-only by design, and thus ensures cached values cannot be modified arbitrarily.
