Node identity should remain valid even if removed. It's essential for owners to prove their control over nodes without being tied to a specific node identity.

We're updating our service to recognize node owners even when they aren't the staking provider address. This ensures more accurate and flexible node management.
Result:
With this bugfix, the MultiversX Community Delegation 🎖 identity again was correctly showed up in the identity list and it correclty was associated in the /nodes endpoint. This fix improves system integrity.
