Fix senders filter

Filtering for senders on route tokens/:identifier/transfers?sender=erd1 does not return a list of only transfers with sender = erd1. What we did was to add support for ParseAddressArrayPipe on tokens/:identifier/transfer route @Query('sender', ParseAddressArrayPipe) sender?: string[],

We understand the significance of predictability in these matters. However, as previously communicated, we cannot announce a code freeze period or prepare for an imminent release when bugs are discovered in production, like this current instance. Therefore, while we will make every effort to adhere to the process for non-hotfix releases, we may need to forego these steps for hotfixes. Rest assured, we will maintain backward compatibility.
