Prices for experimental DEX tokens (#1089)

Since the Jungle DEX has been merged into xExchange as experimental and experimental tokens were not returned on purpose by the API, all tokens merged from Jungle to experimental have no associated price. From now on we added return price for all experimental token types.

Add support for Guardian operation search (#1088)

To be able to search for SetGuardian, UnGuardAccount and GuardAccount, we need to make search in ES with operation. Therefore, we modified the existing filter condition in the ElasticSearch query to support dual-field matching. Now, the query can match values against both function and operation fields.

Example (testnet):

• /transactions?function=SetGuardian;
• /transactions?function=UnGuardAccount;
• /transactions?function=GuardAccount;
• /transactions?function=SetGuardian&size=25&sender=erd1v9g8l0dvqhr8aj6df4s3ln3m396qe8yhuj0du546lx0tp8tckgcq9x08k4&receiver=erd1v9g8l0dvqhr8aj6df4s3ln3m396qe8yhuj0du546lx0tp8tckgcq9x08k4;

Other significant changes:

• We've added support for automaticActivation and checkCapOnRedelegate for providers (#1085) ;
• Fixed a persistent bug that caused nodes to have leaving status (#1082) ;
• Fixed the issue causing FungibleESDT Token identifiers not to be returned if they are fetched from ElasticSearch for a given account (#1083);
• Fix required fields (#1086);
• Added a check for undefined transaction (#1092)
