While the updates in this release may appear subtle, their significance must not be ignored:

• libp2p Library Update: We've updated the libp2p library from github.com/libp2p/go-libp2p to its latest version, v0.28.2. This new version comes with enhanced features and improvements that streamline our network protocols and functionalities.
• Go Compiler Upgrade: In our ongoing efforts to ensure we utilize the latest in development technology, we've upgraded our Go compiler to version v1.20.7. This ensures that our platform benefits from the most recent optimizations and security fixes offered by the Go language.

This release does not contain an activation flag and is 100% compatible with v1.5.12.0. Even though this is an optional upgrade, we strongly recommend it.
