Important Update on xDay Seoul and New xDay Satellite Format

  • Main xDay event has a new date: April 2025; will be referred to as xDay Global moving forward
  • New xDay satellite event series is introduced to highlight and grow Web3 use cases, providing them exposure on MultiversX and beyond
  • The first such event will be held in Munich, Germany, on 30th October and will be focused on Real World Assets (RWA)
  • The decision to merge the 2024 and 2025 xDay editions considered general community input and learnings from all event experiences, in an effort to turn the conference into a stronger force and signal for industry adoption
  • Community members who already booked flights/accommodation for the Seoul event will be offered VIP tickets for the 2025 conference

Originally, we were gearing up to see you all in Seoul on 30-31 October — details on a new Munich event taking place on October 30th are incorporated below. After repeatedly hearing similar thoughts from both the community and our partners, one thing surfaced: xDay can play an even greater role in accelerating the integration of blockchain into everyday digital services.

While we will continue to focus on what the xDay Global experience can bring to the Web3 space as a unified platform for some of the most ambitious builders and innovators at the intersection of Web3, finance, AI, spatial computing and other emerging technologies, we are also introducing the xDay satellite format. Through it, we are spinning off a separate event series that mirrors the xDay experience while targeting the growth of specific, high-potential use cases within the ecosystem.

Instead of having just one general annual conference, xDay satellite events will bring concentrated spotlight on the most relevant verticals in the space. Mark your calendars for the first such push, focused on RWA (real-world assets), scheduled for 30th October, in Munich, Germany.

The big leap for the xDay Global conference was already on the cards for the 2025 edition - namely to upgrade it by joining forces at organizational level with other significant players in the space. We’ve ultimately decided to merge the 2024 and 2025 editions and fast-track this process by moving xDay Global to April of next year.

There are three main reasons for this decision:

  1. First and foremost, a large part of our European community requested additional time and better market conditions before committing to an Asian event. With xDay satellite Munich, we make sure that we have a great avenue to still bring the community and builders together this autumn
  2. Second, typical network conferences are outdated. Current times require new resourceful and creative strategies, and we are up for that -- xDay 2025 will be different, more meaningful and impactful
  3. Third, the next few months have important releases lined up (i.e. fully-featured Sovereign Chains SDK launch), which are some of the most significant to date.

xDay RWA Satellite Event

By bringing together industry leaders in Munich, Germany, on 30th October, we are giving the ecosystem, and especially the nascent RWA community, the dedicated avenue to meet, form connections and grow. The Munich event will introduce the xDay satellite event series, combining knowledge sharing, product presentations and stage chats, with relevant networking opportunities.

We’re envisioning xDay satellite events as one-day extensions for prominent Web3 verticals, where use cases can be demoed, new innovative ideas can be introduced and pursued, bold collaboration paths can be forged and important tools for both users and developers can be shared. Ultimately, the mission is to drive growth in on-chain usage and broaden the spectrum of applications deployed on the network.

Already booked your flight and/or accommodation?

We realize this might come as a disappointment for some community members, especially those who had already made travel arrangements. With that in mind, we will be providing help for community members who already booked flights and accommodations to update or reschedule tickets and make sure we see everyone at xDay Global.

Reach out to xday@multiversx.com to find together the best resolution, and additionally, we will offer you a complimentary VIP ticket for the early-2025 xDay edition to make things right for you. The VIP experience will allow you to directly engage with founders and leaders present at the conference, while also giving you access to the dinner with the MultiversX core team.

New horizons for xDay

xDay is changing, and we’re committed to making it a more insightful, educative and meaningfully useful event. We’ve learned a lot from all the event experiences, and are now ready to host a significant dialogue that brings together Web3 and Real World Assets.

Through these two distinct streams — xDay Global and the new xDay satellite events — we are providing the necessary infrastructure for hosting the definitive conversations shaping Web3, RWA, AI, finance, spatial computing and similarly impactful emerging technologies.
