MultiversX And Tencent Cloud Enter A Strategic Ecosystem Partnership

Today, we are thrilled to announce our strategic collaboration with Tencent Cloud, the cloud business of the world-renowned technology company Tencent. Together, we will leverage the MultiversX blockchain and suite of products, to explore new paths toward value creation, within the Web3 and the Metaverse space.

Tencent Cloud’s role is being a technology enabler for Web 3.0, in a manner that the Web 3.0 community is used to and most comfortable with. With years of experience in games, audio, and video, while leveraging the world's leading computing power, storage, network and media technologies for a more immersive experience, Tencent Cloud brings strong technological support for Web 3.0 organizations and developers.

The existing synergies between the two companies have been amplified by MultiversX’s unveiling of three strategic Metaverse products - xPortal, xFabric and xWorlds, and Tencent Cloud’s commitment to the Web3.0 world and the Metaverse space. The world-leading technology company will also be able to benefit from MultiversX's solutions ranging from a no-code interface for deploying applications and even blockchains, to an intuitive gateway acting as bridge between worlds and an entire stack of Metaverse tools.

Additionally, the 10,000+ servers composing the MultiversX network will soon have a new high-performance, secure and reliable option to run on Tencent Cloud's infrastructure services. Tencent Cloud is also exploring to operate a validator node to contribute to our network security directly. Moreover, the collaboration angles that are being explored expand to joint initiatives for future developer events and programs for an upcoming start-up hub.
